Payment
Payment can be made by the following cards: American Express, Eurocard, JCB, Maestro, MasterCard, Solo or VISA.
Orders can also be made by post, telephone, or fax but must be accompanied by £ cheque (made payable to Live Art Development Agency and drawn on a UK bank), or your credit card details. Payment can also be made directly to our bank. Please contact us if you require details of our bank account.
If paying by credit card, it will be debited as the order is processed.
Credit Card Security
All credit card information is transmitted securely using Verisign SSL. We do not store your credit card details on the web-site.
Acknowledgment of order
An email will be sent to confirm receipt of order.
UK Delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver goods within 7 working days of the order being placed. All items are sent via Royal Mail, first class. On request, orders can be sent via Royal Mail special delivery, for which there is an extra charge.
Overseas Delivery
We aim to dispatch goods on the day of order. Orders are usually delivered in about 14-21 working days of the order being placed. All orders are sent via airmail. On request, orders can be sent via courier (FedEx), for which there is an extra charge.
Delivery Charges
Postage is charged according to the weight of your order. There is a small charge for packaging and handling which is included in your postal charge. Postage charges are shown at Checkout.
Pricing Policy
Every effort is made to ensure that prices listed are correct, however, they are subject to change. In the event of any price increase the customer will be contacted before the order is processed.
Returns and Refunds
We hope that you will be happy with your order from Unbound. Of course, any book found to be imperfect or damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge. Please notify Unbound, by email at sales@thisisunbound.co.uk, of any problems on receipt of your order.
Under EU Distance Selling Regulations you also have the right to cancel your order within seven days of purchase, or within seven days of receipt of goods (whichever is the longer). Once we have received your returned goods by mail, your payment will be automatically refunded. Please ensure returned books are properly packaged.

Tax Charges
Unbound and the Live Art Development Agency are not VAT registered and therefore VAT is not included. Books are VAT exempt in the UK at present.
Resale Contract

A completed and signed form for your artwork purchase should be sent to us before we dispatch your goods and complete the sales contract
