Curated by KONTEJNER, bureau of contemporary art praxis Zagreb, Extravagant Bodies was a collaborative, intermedia and interdisciplinary art event in December 2007 which questioned the social, political, and cultural position and identity of people with disabilities within an international context.

The Extravagant Bodies publication is a rich, inspiring, and provocative resource featuring artworks for the page and essays by Ivana Ivkovic, Colin Barnes, Lois Keidan, Alison Lapper, Juliet Robson, Petra Kuppers, Jeremy Alliger, Vojin Peric, Jurj Krpan, Andrej J. Jug, Andreja Bartolac, and Bojana Kunst.
